This is beautiful! My husband bought me a wacom Bamboo tablet late last year and I painted my first portrait on it the day I got it. I chose my angel who passed away when she was two years old as my first subject. I never knew I had it in me and though I look back on it now and see things I could have done differently, for my first portrait I was pretty proud of it. With practice, I hope to get better. I love looking at other's works to get ideas on what I might could differently.

hi i am so sorry for your loss , i looked at your daughters portrait you did it wonderfully , i hope it helped with your pain a little . i think we all do that , look at our work and think we could have done that differently but that's what makes us better in the long run , i am sure even these top artists are the same . i find the shading and shadows the hardest i just have trouble getting my head round them . thank you very much for your kind compliment xx
